The Haven is easily accessible from Terminal 1 and 2 with the free skytrain service which operates from 5:00 to 2:30 daily. It takes approximately 4 minutes between terminals via skytrain, with an average waiting time of up to 3 minutes.

From Terminal 1, please take the skytrain in the public area of the departure hall to Terminal 3

From Terminal 2, please take the public area skytrain from departure hall to Terminal 3. Alternatively, guests may take a 5-minute walk via the mezzanine-level link-bridge above the MRT station.

Departing passengers or non-travelers may proceed to the lounge directly, while arriving or transiting passengers must clear immigration and baggage retrieval process before proceeding to the lounge.

If a guest passes immigration, he or she will not be allowed to pass through security.

Location.
Location. Cleanliness. Food. Showers. Comfortable.
Rooms get a little cold but the blankets and bedding are good so no real issues. Also the rooms could do with some hooks where you can hang towels, clothes etc

Convenient, but probably would have been better having a shower and foregoing the nap room.
Convenient location in Terminal 3.
Nap room was noisy, as I was next to the cleaners' room. Aircon too cold. A bit expensive, compared to similar facilities in other airports: e.g., no en suite toilet/shower.

Very pleasant with staff and facilities exceeding my expectations.
The location to the terminal, the friendly welcoming staff and the general cleanliness of the facility.
The carpet was a little worn and would provide a better impression if it was upgraded.

Convenient but so cold in my room that I can’t think of anything else to say. Burrr.
It was very convenient and extremely clean. Staff was friendly for the most part. The basic workers were nicer than the supervisor who was actually a bit crabby to her workers and customers. It was very convenient.
My room was freezing and the shower water was not hot or very warm at all. I seriously was so cold I could not get comfortable. I was told they had no control over the temperature. For this reason I am not likely to stay here again.
